A message from our director
Having worked in the property and financial advisory industry for over a decade, I felt the sales and service methods my employers expected me to follow; didn't align with my own service standards in this modern world. Archaic and manipulative sales processes which waste my clients time, in order to secure their business for the highest fee possible, just didn't sit right with my moral code. I don't want to rush people out of the door so I can get to the next customer, streamlining my service so I can maximise sales, I prefer to streamline my sales process, so I can provide the best level of service.
Finding it difficult to change these large corporations from the inside, I decided to create my own company which will follow my ethos of putting the customer first, offering them only what they need, providing a service which works around them, focused on saving them money and time, and with no pressure.

Founded in 2018 by CEO Craig Chavez, a seasoned mortgage advisor with over a decade of experience, our journey began in Norwich and quickly expanded to Milton Keynes as a central base, but we ensure we can serve people all over the country (and overseas). Our mission has always been to revolutionize the mortgage process, blending cutting-edge technology with time-tested expertise to deliver an exceptional experience for our clients.

Craig has been working in financial services and real estate for over a decade. He entered the industry during a period of significant legislative and regulatory changes, allowing him to grow and adapt with the evolving financial landscape that emerged post-2008 financial crisis.
An avid property enthusiast, Craig is known for his genuine interest in real estate. Don't be surprised if he admires your new home online and offers his expertise to help you acquire it. His passion for property has driven his career progression from a real estate agent to a mortgage consultant, ultimately leading him to establish his own mortgage firm in the UK and a real estate agency in the picturesque Algarve region of Portugal.
Craig's other passion is helping people, making him ideally suited to assist you in finding and financing your home. He is always eager to share his extensive experience to ensure a smooth process, helping you avoid common pitfalls along the way.

Debora has been a property enthusiast for years, with a special interest in interior design and renovation. Her passion led her to design and renovate her own properties. This love for real estate eventually inspired her to become an estate agent, focusing on listings and sales.
Her growing passion for property motivated her to start her own business. She partnered with two other experts, including Craig, to establish an estate agency in the Algarve, Portugal.
Debora supports the business comprehensively, including both the Mortgage Consultancy and the Estate Agency. She handles managerial tasks, administration, real estate listings, and valuations. Debora helps and advises clients to realize their property dreams, using her keen eye for design to unlock the potential of countless properties.

We've even partnered with solicitors who provide remote services, ensuring a comprehensive and convenient process from start to finish.
